The existing measuring devices upstream of the screw cannot obtain real data at the position of the drill bit, and intelligent drilling has serious data bias and unpredictable implementation risks at the decision-making and control level. For this purpose, a probe type intelligent drill bit parameter measurement device (see Figure 1) has been developed, which can be installed inside the drill bit to directly collect real data at the drill bit without changing the existing drilling tool combination and construction process; The hardware structure simulation optimization results show that under a displacement of 30L/s and an annular pressure of 80MPa, the theoretical hydraulic pressure consumption is less than 0.1MPa and the safety factor is 3.06. Meanwhile, based on the six sided method and ARMA+mobile Kalman filtering, the error calibration and noise reduction of the device were achieved. The device was tested 9 times on site in the Shengli work area, and the downhole engineering parameter measurement short section was used for device function verification and comparison with downhole data. The comprehensive logging data was integrated for the acceleration analysis and parameter optimization decision-making of the test well. The experimental results show that the probe type intelligent drill bit parameter measurement device can obtain real data at the drill bit position, which can provide reliable basis for targeted acceleration and efficiency analysis and drilling parameter optimization.
